Twiddla lets you co-browse with others and mark up websites, discuss and use a whiteboard, all without having to sign up for an account. You can invite others to work with you in an easy to understand environment, and it is free.

Another choice for a whiteboard that you may like is Dabbleboard. It can be used without signing up too, but we think its reinvented interface makes drawing much easier and more productive. It doesn't have cobrowsing, but does have document "co-viewing".
